I am a painter and image-maker whose work centers on the transformation of the corporeal and the ephemeral nature of life. Working in multiple mediums and genres allows me to explore new ideas and search for answers to the many questions I have about why we are here, where we are going and what we will become.

I am originally from California, but I grew up in Texas. After college, I moved around quite a bit, spending time in The Netherlands, Colorado, California and New Mexico. I am currently living in the Portland, Oregon area. Each of these places has, in various ways, influenced my work. However, I believe New Mexico has had the most profound impact and continues to be a source of inspiration.
